1. Who this is between

These terms are between you and Braid Labs LLC. Using braidlabs.dev means you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you are confirming you are allowed to.

2. The house site, and the products

This site is the public face of Braid, the house behind Reprobox, Sifted, and FluxDM. It explains the house and points you at the products. It is not the products.

Using a product means you also agree to that product’s own terms. Those terms govern accounts, billing, acceptable use inside the product, and what happens if it ends:

• FluxDM — reprobox.app. We link the product itself rather than a terms URL this house site cannot verify.
• Reprobox — sifted.work.
• Sifted — FluxDM terms of service.

If a product’s terms and these terms ever conflict, the product’s terms win for that product. These terms win for this site.

3. Using this site

You may read the site, share links to it, and contact us. Do not break into it, overload it, scrape it in a way that harms it, or pretend to be Braid. Do not use it to send anything unlawful.

4. What we do not promise

We work to keep this site up. We do not offer a contractual uptime commitment or service credits for it. Content may change. Links to products may go to pages we do not control.

The site is provided as it is, without other warranties. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

5. Intellectual property

The Braid name, the mark, and the contents of this site belong to Braid Labs LLC unless we say otherwise. You do not get a licence to use them except as needed to view the site in a browser. Product names, marks, and software belong to the product they belong to.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, neither side is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business. Our total liability for using this site is limited to the amount you paid us for this site in the twelve months before the claim, which is typically nothing, because the site is free to read.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. If you are a consumer somewhere with stronger statutory rights, those rights still apply.

7. Privacy

How we handle personal data on this site is set out in the privacy policy.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version. If you do not, stop using the site.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws that apply to Braid Labs LLC. If a dispute needs a court, it will be the courts that have jurisdiction over Braid Labs LLC, except where the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
