Braid Labs is not a platform. It is one company behind three products that already exist: Reprobox, Sifted, and FluxDM. They do not share a login. They do not share a roadmap. They share a standard for how a product should feel when it is finished.

An independent product solves one problem properly. A suite solves several of them badly.

One company, three problems

Reprobox records the last stretch of a frontend incident so a team can actually reproduce it. Sifted lists remote jobs and tries to keep the junk out. FluxDM is a shared inbox: every channel a customer already uses, one history.

Those problems do not collapse into a single dashboard. Pretending they do is how you get a suite with a settings page nobody opens. Braid Labs is the name on the door so the products can stay themselves.

What this site is for

This site is a public face. It tells you what we make, points you at the products, and keeps the legal for this domain honest. Accounts, billing, and customer data live on the product that holds them.

If you came here looking for a console, a changelog, or a unified login: those are not here. Open the product you actually need.

What we will not do

We will not bolt the three products together because the brand diagram looks nicer that way. We will not invent a fourth product on this page so the grid feels even. We will not describe work that is not shipping.

If a product earns a longer note, it gets one. That is what this log is for.

Read the products, not the slogan

The slogan is “we build focused products for real problems.” The test is the sites:

The company is just the name. The work is in the products.
